Service Menu
Before you read our service menu, we would like to let you know the important things :
- Consultation is required for ALL new COLOUR service clients. We offer free online and salon consultation. Please DM us on Instagram @Arinnihair.
- We charge $50 for salon consultation with Gary Ng (Salon Director). It is not redeemable and can not be bought over to any other services. Consultation takes about 15-20 minutes.
- We charge $50 for salon consultation with Daisy. It can be fully redeemed when you book a COLOUR service, and must be used within three months from the consultation date. Consultation takes about 15-20 minutes.
- Gary Ng (Salon Director) is not bookable for all promotions and packages, except toning package and scalp package.
- Deposits are required for ALL appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is secured.
- Please note, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required to confirm a new booking.
- Extra charge of $85 for a hair wash will be applied if your hair is too oily/dirty before any COLOUR SERVICES.
- We kindly request payment upfront before commencing any services. The additional service fees will also be collected prior to providing the services.
- If you are late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Any clients who are LATE more than 30 MINUTES will have their appointment cancelled/rescheduled. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and a new deposit will be required to confirm a new booking.
- Prices are a set guide and may change depending on your hair length, thickness, use of product and time spent.
- All services will have a Sustainability Salons surcharge of $3.
- All prices are in $AUD including GST and are subject to change without notice.
