Our Services
Before you read our service menu, we would like to let you know the important things :
- Consultations are required for ALL NEW CHEMICAL SERVICES (including colour, bleach and perming) clients. We offer free online consultations, please DM us on Instagram @Arinnihair or email us at info@arinni.com.au.
- Free online consultation provides you with price guidelines and helps determine whether we can achieve your desired colour. If you'd like more detailed information about pricing and results, we recommend visiting the salon for a salon consultation with one of our stylists. Let our stylist assess your hair and guide you through the process.
- Salon consultation with Gary Ng (Salon Director) has a fee of $50, and it takes 15-20 minutes. It is not redeemable and cannot be bought over to any other services. Please note it will be automatically added on ALL NEW CHEMICAL SERVICE clients.
- Gary Ng (Salon Director) is not bookable for all promotion and packages, except toning package and scalp/hair treatment package.
- Deposits are required for ALL appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is secured.
- LATE FEE of $50 will be charged to clients who are late more than 30 minutes. If you are late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients who are LATE more than 45 MINUTES will have their appointment cancelled. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and a new deposit will be required to confirm a new booking.
- We have a 72 hours cancellation or rescheduling policy. That means if you cancel or reschedule your appointment PRIOR to this time frame, the deposit is fully refundable or transferable. Anything within this period your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to confirm a new booking.
- Please arrive with clean hair before any COLOUR services. Freshly washed with no products on the hair, such as leave-in treatments, hair oils, dry shampoos, or styling products. If your hair is too oily or dirty, it can affect the result. An extra charge of $85 will apply if a wash is required before we begin.
- We kindly request payment upfront before commencing any services. The additional service fees will also be collected prior to providing the services.
- Prices are a set guide and may change depending on your hair length, thickness, use of product and time spent.
- All services will have a Sustainability Salons surcharge of $3.
- All prices are in $AUD including GST and are subject to change without notice.
