Before you read our service menu, we would like to let you know the important things :
- Consultations are recommended for all FIRST TIME clients booking chemical services, such as colouring and bleaching. We offer free online consultations for general advice and price guidance, as well as In-Salon consultations for a personalised assessment, customised colour plan, and accurate quote. - Our free online consultation provides general pricing guidance and helps determine whether your desired colour is achievable based on the information you provide. As we cannot accurately assess your hair through photos alone, any advice given online is a guide only.
- For personalised recommendations, an accurate quote, and a customised colour plan, we recommend booking an IN-SALON CONSULTATION with one of our stylists. During your consultation, we'll assess your hair's condition, colour history, and goals, then guide you through the best options for your hair.
- In-Salon Consultation is $150 and takes 20 minutes. The $150 consultation fee is fully redeemable towards your COLOUR service. It cannot be used as a booking deposit and is not refundable or transferable.
- Deposits are required for ALL appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is secured.
- LATE FEE of $50 will be charged to clients who are late more than 20 minutes. If you are late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients who are late more than 30 MINUTES will have their appointment cancelled. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and a NEW DEPOSIT will be required to confirm a NEW BOOKING.
- We have a 72 HOURS cancellation or rescheduling policy. That means if you cancel or reschedule your appointment PRIOR to this time frame, the deposit is fully refundable or transferable. Anything within this period your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to confirm a new booking.
- Please arrive with clean hair before any COLOUR services. Freshly washed with no products on the hair, such as leave-in treatments, hair oils, dry shampoos, or styling products. If your hair is too oily or dirty, it can affect the result. An extra charge of $85 will apply if a wash is required before we begin.
- We kindly request payment upfront before commencing any services. The additional service fees will also be collected prior to providing the services.
- Prices are a set guide and may change depending on your hair length, thickness, use of product and time spent.
- All services will have a Sustainability Salons surcharge of $3.
- All prices are in $AUD including GST and are subject to change without notice.
